well in the manga, the dog is tamaki's dog antoinette from back at home and he brings it to the vacation place to win the whole refreshing contest. but somehow it backfires on him. id ont remmeber what happened. in the anime when they are at the .. mall? i dont know what it is, but when they are there, tamaki adopts a dog and names her antoinette.
